Read our General Terms and Conditions for participation in competitions here.

§ 1
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions organised by Scandinavian Park Petersen KG, represented by the general partner Hans-Werner Petersen, Scandinavian Park 13, 24983 Handewitt.

§ 2
Participation in the competitions is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation in the competition.

§ 3
Eligible for participation are persons who are over 18 years of age at the time of participation. Employees of Scandinavian Park Petersen KG and other persons involved in the concept development and preparation of this competition are not eligible to participate. A participant in the competition is the person who owns the e-mail address provided when registering for the competition. Only one participant can participate per competition entry. A person's participation in the competition that violates the conditions or a repeated participation in the competition will result in exclusion from the competition.

In the event of non-compliance with these conditions for participation in the competition, the Provider reserves the right to exclude the persons from the competition.

Persons who have used illegal means or otherwise obtained advantages through manipulation will also be excluded from the competition. If this is the case, winnings may subsequently be cancelled and demanded to be returned.

§Section 4
Only the prizes described in the competition will be awarded. The prizes will be awarded to those participants who have personally completed all the entry fields required for participation in the competition and only if these entries are complete, comprehensible and correct.

§ 5
The winner of a prize will be notified as soon as possible using the information provided when registering for the competition. The winner must confirm receipt of the notification of winning within four days of being notified and provide the information required by Scandinavian Park Petersen KG. Otherwise, Scandinavian Park Petersen KG is entitled to select a new winner by drawing lots. By accepting the prize, the winner authorises Scandinavian Park Petersen KG and its companies to publish their name for advertising purposes.

With regard to the data collected from participants, Scandinavian Park Petersen KG undertakes to comply with the provisions of data protection and media law. The data collected will be treated confidentially. The data collected is used within the group of companies for advertising purposes and market research.

§ 6
In order to participate in a competition, it is necessary to register. There is no obligation to register. By registering, the participant expressly agrees that Scandinavian Park Petersen KG is authorised to store the necessary data for the duration of the competition and beyond. The participant has the right to revoke the authorisation to store the personal data at any time and thus renounce the participation.

§ 7
The formalities for the presentation of the main prize will be agreed individually with the winner. The winner must pay the travel costs for the outward and return journey as well as any additional travel, catering and accommodation costs.

§8
Cash payment of the real value or exchange of the prizes is not possible. The prizes are non-transferable. The winner accepts necessary changes to the prize, which are subject to factors beyond the control of the participating companies.

§ 9
Scandinavian Park Petersen KG shall be released from all obligations once the prize has been handed over. No liability is assumed for defects in title or title.

§ 10
Any liability for damages on the part of Scandinavian Park Petersen KG and its bodies, its employees or vicarious agents or other persons in connection with this competition is limited to intent or gross negligence, regardless of the legal basis.

The decisions made by Scandinavian Park Petersen KG are final. Enquiries in this regard cannot be answered. Scandinavian Park Petersen KG reserves the right to postpone the competition in whole or in part if difficulties have arisen that jeopardise the integrity of the competition. This option shall be exercised in particular in cases where technical reasons, e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation, hardware or software faults, or legal reasons are the reason why the competition cannot be conducted in the prescribed manner. If such an interruption of the competition is caused by the behaviour of a participant, Scandinavian Park Petersen KG may claim compensation for the damage incurred.

§ 11
Scandinavian Park Petersen KG reserves the right to change the conditions of participation without prior notice. The General Terms and Conditions are valid at the time the website is used. No special notification to this effect is required.

The matter cannot be brought before the courts.

These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Scandinavian Park Petersen KG are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the remaining conditions of participation.
